The Secret Life of a Book Blogger Tag

Thanks so much to Michelle @ The Writing Hufflepuff for nominating me! It sounds like this tag was originally created by Trey @ Trey Schnarr Books, but as his blog is protected, I learned this from Tabitha @ Bows & Bullet Reviews.

Now guys… I was tagged for this in November. Of… 2015. I cry.

I know, I know. Two tags in a row? But alas, you see, I’m incredibly behind on my list of tags. And besides, it’s a blogger tag. ‘It’s the season to be jolly. And catch up on tags. *rolls up sleeves* LET’S DO THIS THING. Continue reading

Jingle All the Way Book Tag

Jingle All the Way book tag

Eek! Thanks so much to Anna @ Adventures With a Book Nerd for the tag! This tag was created by The Left Handed Book Lover. It’s the first day of “unofficial” bookmas, so I figured, why not start off with a Christmas-y tag? Alright, let’s get right into the questions! Continue reading

The Halloween Book Tag!

I wrote down that this post was initially drafted November 1st of 2015, but I was tagged for it in 2016? Who knows! In any case, it’s overdue, and I’m excited!

Thanks so much to Eve @ Eve Messenger’s OtherWORDLY Endeavors for tagging me! I know Halloween was yesterday, but I wasn’t able to get it up by then, so let’s just pretend it’s today, shall we? Isn’t it All Hallows’ Day anyway? Yep, totally. Let’s go with that. Continue reading

The Fall-time Cozy-time Tag

Hey guys! I love doing tags, but I’m absolutely terrible at actually doing and keeping up with them. Alas, I went through my drafts, and I found the Fall-time Cozy-time book tag! It looks like fun, and I’m glad to be finally doing it. πŸ™‚ Thanks so much to Analee @ Book Snacks for tagging me! The original creator was Sam from Sam’s Nonsense, so kudos to her for these lovely prompts. πŸ˜‰ Continue reading

Biannual Bibliothon Day 3: The Blogger Book Tag and Villain’s Synopsis!

Summer Biannual Bibliothon 2017 Day 3

Hey guys! It’s day 3 of the Biannual Bibliothon! Woooo! Yesterday I posted a review for the day 2 blogging challenge, but I missed the first day because I was participating in the 24 in 48 readathon. So I thought, what better way to catch up than doing a two-in-one? First the challenge for day 1, and then the challenge for today. Day one’s challenge was the Blogger Book Tag, hosted by Nana @ 4 Teen Liars! Let’s just go for it, shall we? Continue reading

The Spring Cleaning Book Tag: Unhauling More Books!

Spring Cleaning Book Tag

Hey guys! (I know it’s not spring, shhh let’s just pretend shall we) As many of you may know, I (fairly recently) started doing the Down the TBR Hole meme, in which you go through 5-10 books on your TBR and decide whether to keep them or let them go. As I started with about 700 books on my TBR (and continue to add more as I go, argh), I definitely deemed this idea necessary for me. However, with 700 books to get through and only doing ten per week, I’m sure you can do the math- that’s a long time (70 weeks) and it’ll be even longer as I’ve already added extra books and I’m sure that won’t stop. So I figured, why not try to get rid of a few extra?

I also recently started to watch BooksandLala‘s channel on YouTube. I find her super entertaining and her closet unhaul videos are both genius and awesome (each month, she watches her book haul from two years prior, and any books she hasn’t already read or unhauled, she either has to read in the next month or get rid of). Although those would be pretty hard to replicate, I found out that she actually made a spring cleaning book tag/unhaul about a year ago! Not all of the topics will necessarily apply to me, as she was getting rid of physical books (including ones she’s already read), so I may adjust some of them to fit my purposes. Here goes! πŸ™‚

(This ended up being long enough that I decided to split it into two parts, so this is part one of the tag)

1. A Book You Didn’t Like: A Book With a Cover You’re Just Not a Fan Of

(Of which you find the blurb equally disinteresting)
